PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
The learner must be able to maintain a clean linen supply safely, securely and hygienically, and understand the importance of this for the organisation and the customer. 

LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE AND RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING 
'Provide a housekeeping service within designated area of work'.

Delivered linen supplies are checked against purchase orders to ensure the correct quantity and quality of products has been received.
