PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
Learners accessing this standard will be working as a leader in the context of a small project / sub-project involving few resources and having a limited impact on stakeholders and the environment or working as a contributing team member on a medium to large project when not a leader.

The person credited with this unit standard is able to explain, execute and communicate project change processes and status, as well as maintain project libraries and organisational information.

The qualifying learner is capable of:
  • Executing processes and standards to support project change control
  • Updating and communicating status of change requests
  • Administering the project library / repository to support change to affected items
  • Maintaining project organisational information
