    UNIT STANDARD ACCREDITATION AND MODERATION OPTIONS 
    1. Anyone assessing a learner against this unit standard must be registered as an assessor with the relevant ETQA.

    This unit deals with the skills and knowledge required to evaluate own competencies and identify potential areas for self-development within the context of own job.
  • Learning should include research on availability of internal development programmes national qualifications and academic qualifications. Learner and manager should ensure that the relevant trainer and/or assessor/resources are available to enable the learner to achieve own goals and objectives.
